About Buckwheat

A fast-growing pseudo-cereal known as Kuttu. It is a cool-season crop that thrives in poor soils and matures incredibly fast. For terraces, it can be grown in shallow troughs as a microgreen, or in 10-inch pots for a small ornamental grain harvest using improved, compact hill varieties.
