About Chickpea

Chickpea (Chana) is a classic winter pulse. On a terrace, it is exceptionally rewarding to grow in wide troughs for fresh, green tender chickpeas (Choliyan) and highly nutritious young leaves (Chana Saag). Improved bushy varieties provide the best yield in confined spaces.
