The Full Picture
The Ginseng Ficus is actually two plants in one: a thick, fast-growing root system (Ginseng) grafted with small, attractive Ficus microcarpa branches on top. Ficus trees are famous for throwing tantrums—if you move it to a new room, or if there is a sudden draft, it will drop leaves. Don't panic. Leave it in one bright spot, water it only when the soil feels dry, and the leaves will grow back.
