For correspondence from regulators, government agencies, or law-enforcement authorities. Until a separately appointed officer is in place, the Grievance Officer also serves as the Nodal Officer (combined roles are permitted for smaller entities).

If you’re not satisfied with our response

You can escalate beyond us.

Personal-data grievance. After exhausting our internal process, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Consumer-protection grievance. You may approach the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or file a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
