How to grow cherry tomatoes on a balcony?

Cherry tomatoes are the best choice for small balconies. Use a 10–15-litre container. Best varieties: Pusa Cherry 1, Sweet Million, Tumbling Tom (for hanging baskets). Provide a small trellis or let trailing types hang. Highly productive — one plant yields hundreds of small fruits. Harvest every 2–3 days once fruiting begins to encourage more flowers. Cherry types tolerate heat slightly better than large-fruited varieties.
