How to make neem oil spray at home?

Mix 5 ml cold-pressed neem oil with 1 ml liquid soap in 1 litre water. Shake well and spray on undersides of leaves in the evening. Effective against aphids, whitefly, and powdery mildew — reapply every 7 days in India's humid season.
