How to grow lemongrass in a pot?
Lemongrass is incredibly easy to propagate. Buy fresh stalks from a vegetable market, place root ends in water for 1–2 weeks until roots appear, then pot in an 8–10-inch container. Full sun, moderate watering. Once established, lemongrass is drought-tolerant. Harvest outer stalks from the base when they reach 30 cm. Repot to a larger container every 2 years. One clump yields stalks year-round in Indian conditions.
