How to grow microgreens at home?
Microgreens require no soil experience — just a shallow tray, seeds, and light. Spread seeds densely on a thin layer of cocopeat. Water gently twice daily with a spray bottle. Keep in indirect light until germination, then move to bright light. Best varieties for India: radish, sunflower, pea shoots, fenugreek, mustard. Harvest with scissors at 7–14 days when first true leaves appear. Highly nutritious — up to 40x the nutrients of mature plants.
