How to grow rosemary in a pot?
Rosemary struggles with Indian heat and humidity but survives with the right setup. Use a terracotta pot (8–10 inch) with very well-draining sandy-gritty soil — soggy roots kill rosemary fast. Water only when completely dry. Place in the sunniest, most well-ventilated spot available. During monsoon, move under a covered area. Propagate from cuttings rather than seed. Trim regularly to prevent woody die-back. Avoid fertilising heavily.
