How to grow sprouts at home?

Sprouting is the simplest home growing method. Rinse 2 tablespoons of seeds (moong dal, chana, methi) and soak overnight. Drain, wrap in damp muslin cloth, and keep in a warm corner. Rinse twice daily. Sprouts are ready in 2–5 days. Moong gives tender white sprouts in 2 days; chana takes 3–4 days. Sprouts are 300–500% more nutritious than dry seeds. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
