How to use copper fungicide on vegetables?

Dissolve copper oxychloride (3 g per litre) or use ready Bordeaux mixture. Spray on leaves and stems at first disease sign. Repeat every 10–14 days. Avoid spraying within 3 days of harvest. Wear gloves — copper accumulates in soil if overused in container gardens.
