How to set up an irrigation timer for pots?
Connect a battery-operated tap timer to your tap or overhead tank outlet. Run 13 mm mainline tubing along the terrace; branch 4 mm microtube to each pot with a 2–4 LPH dripper. Programme two cycles daily in summer. Flush lines monthly to prevent mineral clogging.
