Why are flowers dropping without making fruit?

Flower drop before fruit set is caused by heat above 35°C (common in Indian summers), low humidity, poor pollination, or irregular watering. Hand-pollinate using a cotton swab. Water consistently and mulch to retain moisture. Avoid nitrogen-heavy fertiliser during flowering — it promotes leaf growth over fruit.
