How many times can I harvest coriander?

From a single sowing in cool weather, coriander gives 2–3 harvests over 6–8 weeks before bolting. Cut stems leaving 5 cm; new growth appears in 10–14 days. Once plants send up a flower stalk, leaves become sparse and flavour weakens. Sow a fresh batch every 3 weeks for uninterrupted kitchen supply.
