When to sow coriander for best results?

Coriander performs best at 15–25°C. In North India sow October through February for lush leafy growth — plants bolt and flower in summer heat. In South India, sow October–March. Use fresh seeds (old seeds germinate poorly), split seeds by rubbing, and sow thickly for a cut-and-come-again harvest.
