How to get more tomatoes from one plant?
To maximise tomato yield: remove suckers (shoots growing in leaf axils) on indeterminate varieties to concentrate energy into fewer, larger fruits. Feed potassium-rich fertiliser (0:0:50) once first fruits form. Hand-pollinate flowers. Maintain consistent watering — irregular moisture causes blossom end rot and fruit cracking. Prune lower leaves for airflow. One well-managed indeterminate plant in a 20-litre bag can yield 3–5 kg in an Indian winter season.
