How to get roses to bloom in winter in India?

Roses bloom in Indian winters with proper preparation. Prune hard in September (after monsoon), removing one-third of each stem. Feed with bone meal and a high-potassium fertiliser weekly from October. Ensure 6-plus hours of direct sunlight. Remove spent blooms to keep plants flowering continuously through February.
