How to treat overwatered plants?

Stop watering immediately. Move the pot to shade. Check roots — trim black or mushy sections and dust with cinnamon powder. Repot in fresh, well-draining mix with added perlite. Resume watering only when the top 2 cm of soil is completely dry. Avoid saucers that trap water.
