How to water plants while on vacation?

Group pots in shade, water thoroughly before leaving, and use one of these: invert a water-filled bottle with a slow-drip cap, place pots on wet sand trays, or install a basic drip timer. Most Indian vegetables survive 5–7 days with pre-watering and shade.
