When does methi grow best in India?

Methi performs best at 10–25°C — October through February in North India, with South India's full cool season from November to February also excellent. Hot weather causes bitter flavour and early bolting. Sow thickly for a continuous cut-and-come-again harvest. Germination is fast at 5–7 days in cool moist soil.
