How long does it take to grow spinach?

Spinach (palak) germinates in 7–10 days and outer leaves are harvest-ready in 30–40 days at 15–20°C. Pick outer leaves, leaving the centre intact for continued growth. A single planting yields continuously for 6–10 weeks before bolting in warming spring temperatures. Plant in partial shade to extend the season.
