Can I grow spinach in summer in India?

True spinach (Palak) bolts quickly above 30°C. Heat-tolerant alternatives: Malabar spinach (Basella alba) — a creeping vine that grows vigorously in monsoon heat; and Amaranth (chaulai) — an excellent summer substitute with high heat tolerance. For true spinach, use shade cloth and move pots away from peak afternoon sun.
