How long does methi take to harvest?

Methi leaves are harvestable in 20–25 days in cool conditions (below 25°C). Cut the entire plant back to 5 cm above soil — it regrows for 2–3 more cuttings over the next few weeks. After the third cut, plants bolt (flower) and leaves become bitter. Resow fresh seeds for continued supply.
